Hughes, Jr. CIE, CMR Mr. Hughes is the President of IAQ Training Institute, LLC (IAQTI) an environmental consulting, training and media corporation located in Central City, Pennsylvania. IAQTI is the largest provider of Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) certified training programs in the nation having provided indoor environmental awareness, investigation and remediation training courses for employees of over 1,000 companies. IAQTI also provides indoor environmental quality (IEQ) consulting services for a diverse clientele and produces “IAQ Radio” a weekly interactive pod-cast on IEQ, disaster restoration and building science issues. Dietrich Weyel, Sc.D., CIH Dr. Weyel is a Certified Industrial Hygienist with a doctorate in Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health and over 30 years of experience conducting Indoor Air Quality investigations. He is a semi-retired Professor from the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public Health and provides expert witness testimony for building owners and others on an as needed basis. Dr. Weyel started one of the United States first asbestos training courses while at the University and continues to provide expert witness testimony for asbestos and IAQ related litigation. He has also attended Certified Mold Remediator (CMR); Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE), and other mold seminars to stay abreast of the latest developments in mold investigation and remediation issues. Dr. Weyel will be assisting IAQ Training Institute in the development and instruction of all indoor air quality courses. |

Mr. Carlos Gonzalez Boothby Mr. Gonzalez Boothby , is the Technical Director of In-Viro Care, a company based in San Juan, Puerto Rico that provides total solutions to indoor environmental problems, from investigating and monitoring the air, assessments of the air conditioning system up to remediation procedures . He has over 16 years of experience in conducting Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Investigation, Remediation and Consulting Services. Mr. Gonzalez is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE), and a Certified Mold Remediator (CMR) through the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA); is certified as an Air System Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) by the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), a Certified Mechanical Hygienist by the ASCR and is a Registered Mold Inspector (RMI) with the Environmental Education Foundation. He currently serves as Consulting Director for the IAQ Division of the Interamerican Association of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering and the same position for the Environmental School of the Metropolitan University. Shawn Regan Mr. Regan is National Mold Remediation Coordinator for PDG Environmental (PDGE). Kenneth Willman Mr. Willman is a 1975 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law, is a founding partner in the firm of Willman & Arnold LLP. For nearly 30 years, his legal practice has focused on the fields of products liability and hazardous waste litigation. As a result, Mr. Willman specializes in providing counsel and litigation expertise in matters of chemical exposure, toxic tort, medical device and insurance coverage. Mr. Willman’s national reputation in products liability and hazardous waste litigation has led to numerous national speaking engagements. He has co-authored three textbooks: Toxic Torts Law and Science Manual (1996), Toxic Tort & Medicine Internet Directory (1997), and Toxic Tort & Medicine Internet Directory (Second Edition, 1998). |

Larry Keller, CIH, CSP *Mr. Keller is a Certified Industrial Hygienish and a Certified Safety Professional with over 25 years of experience investigating and diagnosing indoor air quality problems. He is a retired Associate Professor at the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public Health. Prior to joining the Graduate School’s full time faculty he spent 11 years as the University’s Director of Environmental health and Safety. As the University’s Director of EH&S, Mr. Keller was responsible for handling a myriad of issues in hundreds of buildings and settings.
