Day Two
Day two is a hands-on day that emphasizes the importance of effective
communication as well as techniques designed to increase productivity.
Hands-on activities are conducted in an environment that encourages

oral 30 question multiple choice and true/false exam. Attendees achieving

completion certificate. Attendees failing the oral or written exam will
be given a review course and will be allowed one retest the evening
of Day-Two.
